| This was my first experience of using a freight service. Doug made it easy for me from my first contact with me. He was true to his quote over the phone and didn’t charge me anything extra. He sent clear information about his requirements regarding pick-up of my large wall unit in Sydney and delivery to my property in Melbourne. He was punctual with his delivery and helpful with placing it in its correct position in my home. The wall unit was well packed in the truck when it arrived and it was unloaded using gloves to avoid marking the white paint of the wall unit. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend Doug’s service and would use him again in the future if the need arises. |

I want to give a shout-out to “Doug’s Freight’, which transported many precious items from Adelaide to Brisbane.
Doug also deals in antiques, so he knows how to take care of these fragile things. Doug answers the phone, your questions, he picks up and delivers your load. All in one piece- unlike an experience with another small freight company!!! And is very professional!
We discovered we were missing a small part of a vacuum cleaner. He found it in the truck and posted it to us! Some others would not go to the bother.
